Inspired by Georgia O’Keeffe’s love affair with her surroundings, this dining experience reimagines flavors, ingredients, and colors as our chef team brings to life elements of food that complement the bounty of the land, the colors of the garden, and the majesty of New Mexico sunsets. This dinner is paired with cocktails from Tumbleroot and wines from Gruet.
