Carrot, Ginger, Turmeric, and Coconut Milk Soup (vegan, gluten free)

Carrots are high in fiber and potassium that may help manage blood pressure.; Ginger and Turmeric both have anti-inflammatory properties and improve immune function; and Coconut Milk contains lauric acid that strengthens the immune system.

Seared Ahi Tuna (OPTIONAL), Grapefruit, and Avocado Salad with Rose Water Vinaigrette (diary free, gluten free)

Tuna has healthy levels of omega-3 fatty acids and amino acids that are good for the health of your heart; Grapefruit packs a lot of fiber, potassium, lycopene, vitamin C, and choline contribute to heart health; Avocado is loaded with heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids; Rose water is packed with powerful antioxidants that can protect cells against free radicals, which play a role in heart disease, cancer and other diseases.

Braised Short Ribs Red with Red Wine & Pomegranate, Cauliflower Au Gratin, Grilled Asparagus (gluten free)

Pomegranate contains many antioxidants that can protect arteries from plaque oxidation and fight heart disease. Red Wine contains antioxidants such as resveratrol, found in the skin of grapes, that can reduce cholesterol and lower blood pressure.

Roasted Salmon with Miso and Cilantro-Ginger Sauce, Soba Noodles, Ginger Bok Choy (dairy free, gluten free)

Salmon is great source of protein and is also packed with heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids; Miso is filled with good bacteria that helps your body digest and absorb nutrients and fight off intruders such as the flue and toxins; Cilantro can help cleanse toxins and waste products from the body and bloodstream.

Roasted Red Bell Pepper Parcels with Calabacitas, Quinoa, and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce (vegan)

Red Bell Peppers are a particularly good choice for heart health as they are full of lycopene and also a great source of cholesterol-lowering soluble fiber and powerful antioxidant vitamins A and C; the fiber in Quinoa can help with cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

Greek Yogurt can lower your risk of heart disease and stroke; Strawberries are very rich in antioxidants and plant compounds, which may have benefits for heart health and blood sugar control

No meal is compete without a tasty, unique beverage. This event is now enhanced with our handcrafted, all-natural syrups from the Pantry.

We include suggested recipes to inspire your at-home bar scene, but you can simply mix these syrups with your spirit of choice or soda water, and VOILA – you have crafted cocktail or mocktail to enjoy with your brunch! 

These are made with organic cane sugar & either fresh organic ginger, organic hibiscus, or organic lemongrass. 

 

Each 12 oz jar of syrup can be used to make approximately 10 to 15 cocktails or mocktails.
