Your chef-prepared meal will be ready for pick up or delivery on Monday, April 26th – fully cooked and prepared so you can heat it up for dinner that night or freeze to enjoy later in the week. Available times are: Delivery 12-2pm, 2-4pm or 4-6pm or Pick up 4-6pm

Roasted Tomato & Basil Soup

A Creamy Roasted Tomato Basil Soup full of incredible flavors from the citrusy of the tomatoes, sweetness of the onions, and the unique aroma of the basil! This soup is perfect to go with our house made artisan focaccia!

Tomatoes have a long list of health benefits and they are rich in vitamins C & K, potassium & folate. The bright red color comes from the phytonutrient lycopene which enhances its benefits by cooking with oil.

Onions are loaded with vitamins C, B9 & B12,  and antioxidants, to support the immune system, red blood cell production, and nerve function.

Basil is antimicrobial & anti-inflammatory, full of antioxidants, support liver health, and help manage blood sugar levels.

Silky White Bean Soup with Smoked Ham

This combination of white beans and smoked ham is one of the best culinary harmony! The savory and smoky flavors of the ham accompany the slight sweetness of the white beans as they stew and marry together in the soup.

This is one of our favorite salmon recipes! Fresh wild salmon is marinated with white miso, rice vinegar, and brown sugar, then oven-roasted and served with an awesome cilantro-ginger-lime sauce and no-sin-delicious cauliflower, carrots, and edamame fried rice that’s loaded with aromatics such as garlic and ginger. This meal is colorful, flavorful, so delicious, and designed to promote a well-balanced body.

From the Pantry

Quick Pickled Foods and Simple Syrups

Our Quick Pickled Foods are handmade using produce from the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market, these quick pickled vegetables are great as a snack or to keep on hand to enhance you meal as a condiment or a side. 

Our handcrafted, all-natural syrups are made with organic cane sugar & either fresh organic ginger, organic hibiscus, or organic lemongrass. You can use these as a cocktail mix by adding to vodka, gin, tequila, rum, or sparkling wine. Or, make it a “mocktail” using seltzer or soda water or add some flavor to an iced tea – whatever suits your fancy! Each 12 oz jar of syrup can be used to make approximately 10 to 15 cocktails or mocktails.

You can also get creative and use our syrups in your recipes. Inject into layers of cake before you add your icing. Use them when you poach fruits like pears, apples, or peaches or add a drizzle to your fruit salad. Create marinades when baking or grilling fish or meat.
