This vegan stew hits all the right spots with its robust flavors. Tofu is marinade with housemade vegan “fish sauce” then pan-seared and braised in a rich vegetable broth with turmeric, tomatoes, lemongrass, and lots of fresh herbs. Served with herbed jasmine rice and housemade quick pickled cucumbers. You won’t miss the meat at all!
