Bok Choy and tofu are marinated, then stir-fried in sweet, spicy, and tangy Korean sauce of soy, honey, Gochujang (Korean chili paste), with fresh ginger, garlic, and toasted sesame oil. Served with no-sin-delicious cauliflower, carrots, and edamame fried rice that’s loaded with aromatics such as garlic and ginger.
