We were inspired by the bright color of the radish at the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market and created this pickled radish and bok choy slaw. It will be the perfect topping for burgers and grilled meats. But, don’t limit yourself! Try adding these spicy and tart pickles to a variety of dishes – salads, sandwiches, wraps, etc. It will add texture and kick up the flavor a notch.
