Travel the world through your palate with our Korean Traditional Cuisine Cooking Class! Come and learn how to make some delicious Korean foods with traditional techniques and flavors. Experience the making of intricate kimchi with traditional approach using whole Napa cabbage with Korean daikon, carrot and aromatics. We will make the kimchi in class with step-by-step instructions and you can take it home to enjoy once it is fermented! In this class, we will explore the culinary history of Korean cuisine and zoom in on several delicious dishes with hands-on cooking class.
This is a hands-on cooking class. Participants will have the opportunity to try their hands at cooking, interact with the chef team, taste each dish that’s made, and have fun.
*Korean Traditional Cuisine Cooking Class is a publicly offered event. At Open Kitchen, we follow the related rules and regulations regarding COVID-safety. The cooking classes are limited in the number of guests so we can provide the recommended space and safe environment for everyone. The maximum guests for this cooking class is 16 people.
