Brettone Fish Stew
The classic fish stew from Brittany, France known as Cotriade. Originally made on the docks of Brittany when fishermen returned with their catch, it features just caught fish, onions, potatoes and crostini.
White fish: is a great source of protein with high omega-3 fatty acids that are beneficial for retinal functions.
Onion: are loaded with vitamins C, B9 & B12, and antioxidants to support the immune system, red blood cell production, and nerve function.
