This North African chicken tagine is a wonderful combination of comfort and exotic in one dish. It was a hit at our Open Kitchen Bistro in DC Metro! We love the blend of spices from cinnamon, turmeric, coriander, to cumin with the sweetness of the apricots and the earthiness of the pine nuts.
