Algerian Chickpea and Vegetable Tagine with Apricots and Pine Nuts served with Couscous and Braised Greens
This North African vegan tagine is a wonderful combination of comfort and exotic in one dish. It was a hit at our Open Kitchen Bistro in DC Metro! We love the blend of spices from cinnamon, turmeric, coriander, to cumin with the sweetness of the apricots and the earthiness of the pine nuts. A bonus to the amazing flavor is that these spices have immense health benefits. We hope you’ll enjoy it!
