With this dish, we bring you the robust flavors of the Caribbean, home to an incredibly rich cooking tradition of African, French, Asian, and Spanish influences combined with the local flavors of Barbados, Saint Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, and more. Shrimp is marinated in house-made jerk sauce by our culinary friend Marjie Sespides then pan-seared to bring out the beautiful flavor.
