We got creative in the kitchen with our culinary friend Marjie Sespides’ house-made jerk sauce combined with coconut milk and ginger to bring you this beef stew full of wonderful vegetables such as purple sweet potatoes and carrots with a kick of robust flavors of the Caribbean.
