Caribbean-Inspired Jerk Portobello and Mango Salsa with Coconut Milk Grits and Housemade Roti
With this dish, we bring you the robust flavors of the Caribbean, home to an incredibly rich cooking tradition of African, French, Asian, and Spanish influences combined with the local flavors of Barbados, Saint Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, and more. Whole portobello mushrooms are marinated in house-made jerk sauce then pan-seared and served with a mango salsa, creamy coconut milk grits, and house-made roti or flatbread.
