This is a flavorful fusion dish to match the heat of the summer! Slices of flank steak are marinated in an Asian-classic-combo of oyster sauce and sesame oil along with garlic and ginger and grilled. The skewers are served with an Asian Chimichurri sauce (mint, Thai basil, sesame oil, fish sauce, and ginger), Jasmine rice, and a crisp, refreshing cucumber salad.
