Beer-Braised BBQ St. Louis-Style Ribs with Orange-Ginger-Tamarind Sauce served with Herbed Jasmine Rice & Purple Cabbage Slaw
We love cooking with beer to add a depth and flavor…especially with ribs! These flavorful St. Louis-style ribs are braised for over 3 hours in a dark lager then slather with a delicious, robust, and spicy sauce combining fresh orange juice, ginger root, brown sugar, coffee, sambal oelek, molasses, and tamarind paste, then off to the grill! The ribs soak up all the caramel and malt flavors from the beer without any bitterness or alcohol taste. Even a non-beer drinker loved these ribs!
$25 for 1 generous main course
