3:30 pm Arrival – Feast on the Magic of La Mesita over Amuse Bouche

5:00 pm Social-Distance Seated Dinner

$175 per person plus tax

We are delighted to host another enchanted escape to the beauty of  La Mesita Ranch Estate for you to enjoy an elevated culinary experience amidst the mesmerizing landscape of northern New Mexico. The autumn colors will be especially magical during this time of year, while the temperature is still warm and inviting for a specular curated al fresco wine pairing dinner surrounded by fire pits.  Every measure will be planned for temperature and changing weather.

Open Kitchen owner and Chef Hue-Chan Karels  has designed a special menu to take you on a journey of taste, history, and culture that tells the story of French influences on Vietnamese cuisine during its almost 100 years colonization of the country. It is a story of the vibrancy and tenacity of the Vietnamese people and culture through food as a vehicle for resiliency and adaptability. Each course has been beautifully paired with wine that has been thoughtfully selected by   Greg O’Byrne (Executive Director of the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta).

Again, we are proud to be a collaborator with La Mesita Ranch Estate! You can make it a weekend retreat and stay overnight at La Mesita. The Grand Hacienda and Barranca Cottage are available. Details below.
