During our time in the Washington DC Metro area (2009-2016), we were proud supporter of the nation’s first and leading community kitchen, DC Central Kitchen. Open Kitchen’s chefs participated in DC Central Kitchen’s Culinary Job Training that prepares adults with high barriers to employment for culinary careers and we provided internships for program graduates.
