The Sichuan region of China is a culinary wonder, thanks in no small part to its location along this historic Silk Road trade route. In addition to the richness of Chinese foodways, the Sichuan province had access to flavors and ideas from all over the world, seamlessly integrating them into their own cuisine. This menu demonstrates that confluence of cultures and flavor with three dynamic, plant-based recipes.
