Join Open Kitchen for a Vegan Culinary Journey to Thailand

It is not widely known that Thailand has a variety of plant-based, vegan recipes and modifications that allow you to make so many of the dishes you love without sacrificing quality or flavor. Join Guest Chef Derek Rugsaken of Southeast by Southwest as he shows you how to make three delicious dishes to satisfy vegan and carnivore alike with complex and satisfying flavors. As part of this class, you will also receive recipes to make your own curry paste and seasoning sauce to take your vegan Thai cooking to the next level.
