Join Open Kitchen and Experience Thai New Mexican Food!

Latin and Southeast Asian cultures, worlds apart yet strangely similar – how could it be? For example: garlic, chile, cilantro, rice and dry spices are applied liberally in both cuisines so why not bring them together?! Join Guest Chef Derek Rugsaken of Southeast by Southwest for a culinary conversation between these two cultures, drawing together the rich culinary heritage of each to make 3 dishes unlike anything you’ve ever had before. If you love Asian and New Mexican cuisine, this is the class for you!
