Order for the whole month or submit your order by Thursday before 6 pm for the following Monday.

Your meal will be delivered or available for pick up on the Monday you specify.

Your chef-prepared meal will be ready for pick up or delivery on the Monday you have specified– fully cooked and prepared so you can heat it up for dinner that night or freeze to enjoy later in the week. Available times are: Delivery 12-2pm, 2-4pm or 4-6pm or Pick up 4-6pm

Meal Delivery Santa Fe Los Beer Braised Chicken by Cooked and Delivered by Open Kitchen

Chicken is a good source of protein, and essential vitamins and minerals.

Zucchini is a good source of fiber, vitamin B6, Folate, and Potassium and a very good source of Manganese and vitamins A, C & K.

Green beans are a good source of vitamin C, dietary fiber, folate, vitamin K and silicon (needed for healthy bones, skin, and hair).

Kale is a nutrition superstar due to the amounts of vitamins A, B6, C & K, calcium, potassium, copper, and manganese it contains. One cup of raw kale has just 33 calories and only 7 grams of carbohydrate.

Korean BBQ-Style Pork Tamales

We’re getting creative at Open Kitchen! We’re excited about this creation of Asian Fusion Tamales with house-made tamales dough! We marinate our pork shoulder with lots of aromatics such as garlic, onion, and ginger, Korean red chili paste (Gochujang), soy, rice wine, sesame oil, and honey – then braise it for hours so that the meat is super tender and flavor. We serve these tamales with a house-made BBQ sauce with spicy Gochujang, chipotle, mirin, ginger, soy or tamari, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and green onions.

Quick Pickled Foods and Simple Syrups

Our Quick Pickled Foods are handmade using produce from the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market, these quick pickled vegetables are great as a snack or to keep on hand to enhance you meal as a condiment or a side. 

Our handcrafted, all-natural syrups are made with organic cane sugar & either fresh organic ginger, organic hibiscus, or organic lemongrass. You can use these as a cocktail mix by adding to vodka, gin, tequila, rum, or sparkling wine. Or, make it a “mocktail” using seltzer or soda water or add some flavor to an iced tea – whatever suits your fancy! Each 12 oz jar of syrup can be used to make approximately 10 to 15 cocktails or mocktails.

You can also get creative and use our syrups in your recipes. Inject into layers of cake before you add your icing. Use them when you poach fruits like pears, apples, or peaches or add a drizzle to your fruit salad. Create marinades when baking or grilling fish or meat.
