A CURATED CULINARY JOURNEY: FOOD + ART + MUSIC

Join Open Kitchen for a unique dining experience with original menus inspired by Georgia O’Keeffe’s Love Affair with her Surroundings – Desert, Garden, Sky.  Each menu reimagines flavors, ingredients, and colors as our chef team and featured artist bring to life elements of food and art through cooking and painting to compliment the sights and sounds of this first ever 2-day Ghost Ranch Music Weekend! 

How does it work?

Ordering made easy...

1: Select:  Choose the items from the “Desert,” “Garden,” and/or “Sky” menus and select the date(s) and time(s) you’d like to pick up.  Each menu is designed as “inspired picnic boxes” with items freshly prepared and delicious chilled or at room temperature and individually packaged.  You can select these items as “à la carte” or “Full Journey Package.”

2: Submit: Place your order for the entire 2 days or just 1 day by Friday, August 13, 2021.

3: Pick up: Your pre-ordered items are available for pickup at Open Kitchen’s designated area at GHOST RANCH across from the stage on the following dates/times:

      • Friday, August 20:  Available times are: 12-2pm, 2-4pm or 4-6pm 

      • Saturday, August 21:  Available times are: 12-2pm, 2-4pm or 4-6pm

4: Interact with our Chefs and Artist!  An Open Kitchen Chef and Culinary Team will be at each of the “Desert,” “Garden,” and “Sky” Food Stations. They will be demonstrating/cooking/plating the menu items while our featured Artist will be painting ingredients, landscapes, and other inspirations. You can interact and gain insights about cooking and painting techniques…and, if time permits, try your hands at plating and painting your own dishes!    

5: Enjoy!  You can enjoy your Open Kitchen curated dining experience knowing that every dish has been thoughtfully designed and freshly prepared in a commercially licensed kitchen facility that is routinely inspected by the New Mexico Environment Department.  Open Kitchen is New Mexico Safe Certified in COVID-Safe Practices.  We have always maintained a highly disciplined standard with food safety and environmental cleanliness compliance. Through every step of the process, purchasing & transporting ingredients, preparation, packaging, and delivery, our food handling processes have become even more strict than before.
