Dear Friends,

This year we all need some sweetness and comfort in our life. I’m so happy to share that our talented friend and colleague Chef Leslie Chavez will be baking for Open Kitchen’s Cooked + Delivered™ and Curated Dinners for In-Home Dining! I met Leslie when John and I first moved to Santa Fe in 2014 when she was the Pastry Chef Instructor at the Santa Fe Community College. Leslie is currently at Monte del Sol Charter School overseeing their kitchen operations, including preparing home cooked meals for students – ever so important now during the pandemic when food provides not only nutrition but comfort.  Leslie is such a special person and we are so thrilled that she is now part of our Open Kitchen Culinary Team!
