This past week, Chef Ray Naranjo and I came together to cook and curate the celebration of food and culture through Open Kitchen’s Viet-Pueblo Dinner held in the Santa Fe and Los Alamos areas. These dinners provided such rewarding opportunities for human connections amidst the pandemic. Both dinners were designed to bring to our guests in-home dining experiences that are safe and comfortable.
Our Santa Fe Viet-Pueblo Dinner, held Saturday October 10th, was a Cooking with Kids SuperChefs Supper in celebration of Cooking with Kids’ 25th anniversary and included a zoom chat with both Chef Ray and I. Our Los Alamos Viet-Pueblo Dinner was held at Bathtub Row Brewing on Wednesday, October 14th where guests picked up the dinners as well as dined al fresco!
Open Kitchen is creatively finding new ways to continue to celebrate and share our love of food and culture with our community. We are committed to provide comfort and nourishments through the power of food during these times and would love to hear any ideas and suggestions you may have!
With gratitude, we wish you health and comfort.
