Open Kitchen is delighted to produce our second Table 2 ∙ 3 ∙ 1™  dining event “Fiesta del Sol” on October 25, 2019, at the Santa Fe Farmer’s Market Pavilion, in support of Cornerstones Community Partnerships’ first Solar Initiative fundraiser benefiting Pueblo Lands and Northern New Mexico Villages. 

We have teamed up 2 incredible, treasured New Mexico chefs Chef-Owner, Matt Yohalem, Il Piatto and Executive Chef Ray Naranjo, Angel Fire Resort, for this unique event to celebrate both the commonality and diversity of cultures through the lens of food. Chefs Ray and Matt have designed an original menu to take you on amazing culinary journey of the senses using three common ingredients from the Native American and Creole food cultures that will bring together distinctive and complementary flavors and aromas, and celebrates a deeper appreciation of these cultures through food traditions and stories.
